Greetings all.
my laptop started to behave abnormally. When I move the mouse pointer, the screen starts to fail. It keeps turning on and off while moving the mouse pointer. Sometimes it stays completely off, but by moving the pointer it comes on, and then goes off again. It's impossible to use the computer like that.
It's not a hardware problem. In the BIOS screen, the same doesn't happen. I used a portable Linux and the same problem didn't happen.
I did all possible updates. BIOS, windows and drivers. Nothing solved the problem. The touchscreen works fine. Currently that's how I'm using it. Touching everything I need to navigate the computer. But if I move the mouse pointer, screen comes on and off again. Did all the diagnostics too. No problem was found.
Anyone has experienced the same? Any fixes?
Thanks.
