I have been using the HP Spectre x360 for a few months now, and I totally love it. I had a problem with the pen before, but the support team was super helpful. My one issue is that even though I always used a piece of protective cloth between the screen and the keyboard when I closed my laptop (in order to prevent it from scratching which I read online that it can happen due to a design flaw) I got two scratches on the two sides of my screen. I use my laptop really carefully and want to use it for a long time. Can you please help me?

The support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have the option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
