Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Facing display issue where screen gets off intermittently. Seemed to be a cable issue. Connected with hp service center, where they said can be cable issue or screen issue at time of laptop submission. Later they called and Said screen needs to be changed. Provided quotation of around 12000 INR. Received an sms with HP case ID from service provider. Is there a way where I can check if the price quoted for screen is correct? Also where to check the status of HP case ID?
