Hello.
Recently i bought mentioned notebook. I wanted to disable touchpad cause it interfere with my game and work. Of course I have read many advices on network and this site, but nothing worked so far.
What I have and what I did:
1. I have latest drivers for that touchpad downloaded from https://support.hp.com/pl-pl/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-gaming-15-ec0000-laptop-pc-series/29322....
2. I have HP Support Assistant - all my drivers are updated.
3. I DO NOT have touchpad tab in mouse window settings.
4. I tried turn off and uninstall touchpad in devices manager window - didn't worked.
5. I tried edited registry as administrator to eneble touchpad disable when usb mouse is pluged-in - didn't worked.
6. I tried even disabling touchpad from BIOS, but i can't open advanced BIOS settings.
7. My OS (Windows 10 64 Home) is updated.
8. I tried tapping twice in the left upper corner of touchpad - didn't worked.
This is madness, i can't comfortably play and work on my new notebook cause of some bloody touchpad!
Please help me, please fix this. Maybe drivers are bugged. Please HP, do something with this ASAP!
Cheers
