HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV)

I have logged a Warranty dispute and await HP customer services to reply! 

 

My camera is still blurry after going in for repairs under warranty 90 days ago 

 

same issues and unable to work - Does anyone have any tips on how to escalate?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it seems that the issue needs a hardware repair.

Unfortunately, there are no further actions we can take through this channel. I recommend reaching out to our phone support for further assistance.

They can help you with the unit repair or part replacement.

 

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out.

 

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Hi there 

 

I have logged a case - Case Number 5125168356 – Created to dispute my warranty. Mon, 3 Jun, 18:40 (2 days ago)

 

I have heard nothing back 

 

I am unable to get through to any number without paying a fee due to my laptop just being out of warranty. (1 month) 

I dispute this because the same fault has happened just after having my laptop returned from being fixed while in warranty. 

 

My previous case number-  Case Number 5121314725

 

Your suggestions are not working - I keep receiving faults - "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

 

"Sorry, our system is having issues and we are unable to show agent options at this time. Please choose from the options below or try again later."

 

Really unacceptable customer service - please can someone get hold of me !

Logged another Warranty Dispute - I am unable to reach anyone by phone 

 

And my first case opened on Monday 2cnd June still no response
