Sudden size changes on my screen

I worked on a document and made some emails today and this must have happened to me over 50 x.  It is possible to change the font size back of course but it is extremely disruptive and has lessened my capacity, and desire to use my HP device accordingly.  Whatever this glitch is and wherever it came from (nowhere other than HP itself I am certain), it is annoying as hell and deserves to be investigated, and patched up accordingly.  I am looking into purchasing another brand of laptop as this has become intolerable to me.  Let me know if a fix has  been designed for this other than constantly going back to readjust the font size.
