Product: HP Laptop 15-dbOxxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How Could I fix a problem with my Software Firmware On my HP L2222aptop -15-dbOxxx because it says System Firmware can't start and error code 10.  This is a driver problem all of you on here and I want to fix this issue okay and at least I want to try.  Alright all of you on here.

@deniselynnu -- I am not clear whether it is your computer that has the issue, or the printer has the issue.

 

Can you connect the printer to a different computer? Do you still get an error-message on your printer?

Then, install the HP device-driver software on that different computer, to see if you still get the error-message.
