HP Recommended

When trying to connect the laptop using usb-c to a lenovo thinkpac usb-c dock, wich is connected with hdmi to a tv screen, the screen sometimes flickers and the audio stutters constantly(only audio over hdmi stutters). We have bought two identical laptops and they both have the same updates and drivers installed. Only one laptop has this problem, when connecting over usb 3.0 it also has no issues. Also no issues over the hdmi port.

I have tried system diagnostics and found nothing. I think it just needs repairement.


Anyone any other ideas?
