Product: Envy 360 M-Convertable 15m-CP0011DX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Most of the time my ctrl and tab key do not work on the let side of my keyboard. Sometimes when I restart my computer the keys will work for a short period of approximately one minute. Any help would be appreciated.

Check for windows update?
