HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 Notebook PC

When I open my 2 in 1 laptop notebook PC more than 180 degrees, the touch keyboard does not open automatically, and the physical keyboard is not disabled as well.

Rotation lock action button is always disabled.

update:

When I select touch keyboard always open, touch keyboard opens but other 2 issues is still the same. I have done many things. Regedit, sensor services automatic, reset windows 11, reinstall windows 11, driver updates, and a lot more. I am sure that the HW is functioning but need to solve it. It is so annoying. Any help?
