HP Recommended

I have an HP 15.6 Full HD AMD Ryzen Model 15-fc0093-dx laptop with the Targus USBC universal DV4K Docking station serial # [personal information removed].  The Targus is not powering / charging the laptop, but everything else works.  Are they compatible, or possibly a setup issue?
