Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr0010nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I open Telegram Desktop the screen brightness increases up to 100%.

Then when I touch outside Telegram Desktop 's framework the situation come back to normality, but when I touch inside Telegram Desktop 's framework the screen brightness increases up to 100% again.

I understand that the Telegram Desktop brightness will increase up to 100%.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please uninstall the Telegram Desktop and reinstall and check for the issue.

 

If the issue still persists, please try creating a new user account on your computer.

 

Go to http://hp.care/2dWJKgW  and follow the steps to create a new user account.
