15-ch011dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a 15-ch011dx HP spectre 360 and it has been working fine for a couple years. I was using it and out of the blue it starting to have terrible flickering issues. One minute it was fine, the next minute - terrible flickering. I had not done any driver updates, windows updates, software installations etc. It is the laptop display as I hooked up an external monitor to the laptop and the display is fine.

When I looked up online how to fix it, the recommendation was to upgrade bios and update graphic drivers. I did this, but the issue persists.

Any recommendations?

Thanks,

Karen

Welcome to HP Support Community

I would like to help

Since you already updated the BIOS and drivers, moreover an external monitor is working fine, this is likely to be a Hardware issue with the Notebook display

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thank you
