"I have an HP Pavilion 14 series laptop, for which the display has been replaced twice. The bezel has also been removed more than four times and replaced once. Despite a lengthy wait for a proper fix, the work has not met quality expectations.
Now, I am experiencing a white spot on the screen following the latest bezel and display replacement, and the team is denying responsibility. I am attaching photos for your reference."
The second image shows the screen after the technician replaced the bezel, which the technician claims is normal. HP has not responded to my questions regarding this issue.
