This computer is from the Company I work for, it's atributed to me.

I receive it like it is right now.

Windows 10 were already installed.

 

I don't know if the problem is because of Windows 10, but the computer I had before, a Toshiba, has exacly the same problem, with Windows 10 too.

I'm suspecting recent creators update caused this.

Is NVIDIA graphic driver not listed in Display Adapter - Device Manager after it was installed earlier?

Can you install this Intel Driver and see if brightness control function is restored:

Is there any BIOS setup options you can explore in, to enable graphics option?
