Hello Team,

  I recently bought this laptop. There is some display issues. Specially in case if we open the Microsoft office 360, the display is broken. Sometimes the display is missed also. When tried to install the Intel Graphix driver sp96681got the message The driver is not supported on this OS version(10.0.10586) and the display issue not resolved. Please help.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues installing the graphics driver.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I see that the OS version on your computer is Windows 10 1511 (10.0.10586) and the graphics driver you are trying to install is for Windows version 1903.

 

I recommend you update the Windows to the 1903 version and then you will be able to install that driver.

 

Here is how you can install the updates.

 

  1. Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
  2. Go to settings (gear icon).
  3. Select the Update and Security icon.
  4. Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
  5. Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.
