Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I need help fixing the resolution to the original HP 22cwa monitor resolution, 1920 X 1080. I have used the monitor in multiple display settings and connected to a laptop computer, which worked fine at the original resolution. Suddenly, the resolution changed to 1024 X 768, and the original resolution option disappeared in the "display resolution."

A windows update probably removed the original driver and put the wrong one it.  The correct driver for the laptop needs to be put back in,.


1. Either uninstall the problem update or
2. Rollback the driver that the Device Managers shows as failing or is wrong

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code is needed to find cloud recovery files.
