The screen on my HP Envy laptop keeps flickering

From time to time, the screen on my laptop will start to shudder or flicker. Even when I exit out of all applications and when I pull up task manager. I am wondering if this is a device glitch or if it is due to another issue. My warranty expired last year so I have limited support options.

My experience: more than 2 years ago, my machine (the one I'm typing on it now) did have flickering screen from day 1. I tried to do many thing in 2 weeks (I recorded on this forum) and finally I called HP. After chatting few times, HP sent an engineer to my house within a week, no question ask (because I showed all info on my note), he opened my machine and replaced its  screen.

After 15 mins or so, no more problem till now.
