The screen stops working while I see video the full screen option

I have bought my omen laptop 4 months ago and the problem is that anytime I use the full screen option to see video on youtube or film on other platform, the screen suddendly stops working and I have to reset the system...but when I do the diagnostic it is all good. I do not undestand what is the problem???!!!

`You have done system recovery and the notebook needs to be checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
