Hello, let me explain the problem I've been having.
Since more than a fortnight ago the touch screen of my laptop is not working properly, from one moment to another the screen works at times, and then nothing, as if the screen did not have the touch function. I have checked the drivers and apparently the "Wacom device" driver has been giving error (Code 10) and it coincides when the touch screen stops working.
Here is the error:
Device ACPI\WCOM481A\4&1bdc390c&0 had a problem starting.
Driver Name: oem30.inf
Class Guid: {745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da}
Service: hidi2c
Lower Filters:
Upper Filters: WacHIDRouterISDF mshidkmdf
Problem: 0xA
Problem Status: 0xC000009E
I've tried almost everything, from uninstalling and reinstalling it to creating a backup of a twin laptop and restoring it on mine. I've also tried the Windows repair tools, nothing has worked satisfactorily, it's just given it more minutes of function, but in the end it ends up failing until the next reboot.
It's very important for me to have the touch screen for my current activities and I need a solution to this issue, if you know of a solution I would be very grateful.
