There are no instructions on how to connect the HP MPP 2.0 tilt pen to my laptop.

I am unable to connect my HP MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen to my HP Envy 16 touchscreen laptop. It is supposed to be compatible with my laptop model. However, there aren't any clear instructions anywhere on how to connect the pen and there is no support available on the HP website.
