HP Probook 450 G4
I found the graphics card to be hot.
More than 80 degrees.
Since the warranty period has expired.
I opened the seals to remove dust and replace the thermal paste.
I'm 100% sure that I was the first to open the laptop.
I found that the graphics card heatsink is missing!

There is a thermal tube, but it does not touch the video accelerator chip!
There are no traces of soldering or other traces of the presence of a radiator.
What the hell HP !!!
Where is my radiator ???
I'm surprised my GPU isn't dead yet ...

What do I do?

Hi,

You have the Nvidia GeForce 930MX with 2 GB dedicated video memory ?

It looks like you have the wrong heat sink. Maybe mother board was replaced or heat sink replaced?

If you look at page 80 of service manual you can see the heatsink used in models with dedicated graphics.

I guess you could get the part

Example:

Hope it helps,

David
