Microsoft Windows 11

I have been through EVERY video and instruction list on hp or Windows 11 suggestions/solutions to try to get my touch pad turned off. The double-upper left corner tap does not work. In my TouchPad Settings there is NO option to either Turn Touch Pad off OR Turn TouchPad off when Mouse is engaged. I have downloaded the latest drivers. When I do check at hp troubleshooting it says I have the latest and don't need new ones. I have done re-install of Windows 11. I did a 2 hour troubleshoot with Windows 365 tech .. he couldn't figure how to turn TouchPad off either. The option just does not show up on that page of my Settings. Anyone have any ideas?
