Product: HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi - the Thermal Profile (F12 key) on the laptop has stopped loading after a couple of Win11 updates so it requires a reinstall.

Would appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction to reinstall it.

Need to do some more research as it's not downloading from the store or is unable to install. Not sure where the original was located as there's probably some residue in that folder.
