Product: HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (544M1AV)

I sent my PC for repair one months back and I could see almost invisible line at the left side of screen but now I see multiple black lines on the left side of my display. The lines could be 2 to 3 cm thick.

Hi @rjaiswal 

 

when turning on the device press the F10 key several times, enter the BIOS and see if the lines are visible, if they are visible there is a issue  in the screen and you will probably have to change it.
