Hi guys, please help me to fix this.

My notebook is having this issue: the biometric device cannot start.

That's the latest driver version, though I already tried with older one but that doesn't work.

I'd like to update solution for this one.

Go to BIOS by press F10 key -> Security -> check the box "Fingerprint Reset on Reboot". Save changes and exit. Press F1 when prompted to confirm the fingerprint reset request.
