HP Elite Dragonfly
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a HP Elite Dragonfly laptop connected to the Thunderbolt G2 docking station. The mouse and keyboard are the USB connectors connecting to the docking station. Keyboard is HP USB Keyboard and Logitech Optical mouse.

The mouse and keyboard will freeze after a while and requires a restart to make it active again. Check on the device manager shows that there is a code 43 error and there is a yellow exclamation mark on the USB device.

The mouse if I unplugged from the docking station and plugged into the laptop USB port seems to be working fine. As such, I suspect it is the Thunderbolt G2 docking station that is causing this issue.

Hopefully, HP can provide a quick fix as it is really frustrating having to reboot your laptop every other hour.
