Product: Zbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP Zbook. For a while I was able to connect 2 external monitors, one in the HDMI port and the second with a thunderbolt to HDMI adapter. Now if I connect only monitor 1 to the HDMI port it works just fine. As soon as I plug in monitor 2 using the thunderbolt to HDMI adapter, monitor 1 looses signal/goes black, and monitor 2 comes on. Somehow, it seems the thunderbolt adapter is blocking the signal to the HDMI port. I have updated and reinstalled drivers, even had a new motherboard installed (for other reasons) and still the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated.
