At recommendation of HP Sales bought a Tilt Pen. Charged it, paired it, set laptop Spectre Model 13 - af051nr in tablet mode. Nothing happens - I can write with my finger (poorly) but nothing on the Tilt Pen. How can I get this to work correctly?

As per the Service Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06172084, there are no mentions of Active Pen or Stylus for this Model
But you can use a Passive stylus. A passive stylus is a pen that acts just like a finger when touching a device screen. There is no communication between a passive stylus and a device.
Thank you

I cannot find any evidence that this model supports an active stylus.
That said, if the computer does support the HP Tilt Pen, you will need a driver for it.
The following driver supports Windows 10 Version 1909.

Here is the chat where HP suggested buying the Tilt Pen. I tried downloading the driver and it says it is not supported.

Please don't think I am ungrateful. Thank you for your expertise and time to help me solve my issue. I am an old dude so these things are frustrating for me. I spent the morning on the phone with Microsoft who decided to make my purchased MS Office Suite an unauthorized product rendering Word , Excel et al inoperable. It was a frustrating morning.
So the driver you sent did not work. It is definitely a Spectre 13-af051nr per the label on the laptop. I am not sure I listed the operating systems accurately. It is Windows 10, 64 bit operating system.
In tablet mode I can draw on the screen with my finger. Would the computer come capable for that but not compatible with a pen?
Appreciate your continued counsel.
