Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Community,

 

the touch display of my hp elite x2 1013 g3 doesn't respond to touch any more. The pen still works.

 

I tried all of the steps shown here HP PCs – Beheben von Problemen mit dem Touchscreen unter Windows 10 | HP® Kundensupport.

I also tried to clean the ribbon cable HP Elite x2 1013 G3 Tablet - touch screen "rarely" works - HP Support Community - 8187589

 

So far the touch function doesn't work. What else can I do?
