My mother somehow accidentally switched the keyboard to touch keyboard. I have no experience with this. I tried restarting it. Now I can’t log in to the computer because...The keyboard still doesn’t work. How do I fix this?

@Pappyspa I suggest you make use of the touch keyboard to log into your device, once in you can follow the below steps to disable it:
Disable the Touch Keyboard in Ease of Access
To get there, open the Start menu and type “ease of access”. Press Enter when the Ease of Access Center option appears. From there, click “Use the computer without a mouse or keyboard.” Uncheck the “Use On-Screen Keyboard” checkbox.
