Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV)

Hi All, my touch screen stopped working along with the mouse and also a carera icon appeared permanently on the screen. Possibly after an update? Anyway, the mouse is working again and the camera icon has gone but the touch screen still doesn't work....can anyone help please? Many thanks
