Dear HP Support Team,

I’m writing to formally raise a concern regarding an unusual mechanical clicking sound from the touchpad of my laptop, which I recently submitted for inspection through Croma (the point of purchase).

Issue Description:
The touchpad produces a distinct clicking sound even when lightly touched with a finger or palm—without any deliberate pressure. This sound occurs with the slightest contact, particularly on the top portion of the touchpad, and resembles the noise of something loose underneath.

To clarify, this is not the normal clicking sound from pressing the lower left/right corners (virtual buttons); it is a separate, louder noise that is triggered by minimal surface contact.

Having used multiple laptops—including various MacBook and HP models—I have never encountered this kind of behavior. It seems abnormal and is quite disruptive during regular use.

While I have submitted the laptop for service via Croma, I was informed over a phone call that "this is common in most laptops." Based on my personal experience, I am not satisfied with this explanation and respectfully request that the HP team reinvestigate the issue thoroughly.

I would appreciate a detailed inspection and a clear resolution—whether it involves adjustment, replacement of the touchpad unit, or further escalation for hardware quality review.
