Product: HP ZBook 15 G5 Mobile Workstation
My ZBook has 2 rows of buttons. Bottom rows are not working at all.
On the Top Rows, Left and right click are working, but the mouse3 (middle button) is not working.
Troubleshoots I have tried:
- Updated my Windows.
- Tried to update windows with 3rd party updates On,
- Updated using HP Support tool.
- Restored default settings in BIOS.
- Did a clean installation of Windows 11 and repeated the above steps.
Sometimes touchpad freezes, especially at the startup. Sometimes it does not detect double finger scroll. Overa'll this is quite irritating and not expected from a high-end HP machine.
Solutions are welcomed.
Regards
Pratyaksh
