Microsoft Windows 11

Hi HP Team
From past few months, Windows is behaving very unusual, like:

a-simple copy paste functions are not working, seems some issue with button - X,C,V. I'm not sure

b-a common command to type capital C by pressing Shift+c doesn't work, as in, nothing gets typed after pressing this set, and ultimately Caps lock is required to type C in block letter

but the biggest issue is-

brightness getting high to the max level - automatically

and as a result cursor / touchpad gets frozen

When I lower the brightness level, the touchpad comes back to life.

But within few seconds, its like the same devil returns.

Further I followed other answers to this query, where it was suggested to create a Power Plan or to change brightness adapation settings. However, those answers have either been unfruitful or some of such features are not there in my system.

And, I also verified via Device Manager that latest 'SYNAPTICS SMBus ClickPad' driver is there in my Pc

kindly help for such comprehensive drafted issue.

Thanks in Anticipation
