I bought HP Spectre x360 13.3 inch in June 2019. The problem I face with the touchpad is that suddenly the two finger scrolling would stop working.  Then I have to reboot the system and everything is back to normal. I wish HP would resolve this issue.

Please take a look in the previous replies in the thread. There is a solution with rolling back the drivers which helped me tremendously. I haven't experienced the issue (I had the exact same issue as you have) since I rolled back the drivers and hopefully you will leave this bad experience in the past as well 🙂

 

P.s. I believe that many people will be happy to see any act from HP regarding this issue, taking in consideration the price of the products which we bought.
