HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y842AV)

Dear PC Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my laptop's trackpad. Over the past few month, I have noticed that the trackpad starts to become unresponsive and shutter after a brief period of use. 

To resolve the issue, I have already reset my laptop once and installed the latest drivers for the trackpad, but unfortunately, the problem still came back after some days of use. But at least this shows that it's not a hardware issue.

Please let me know if there is any additional information you require from me to diagnose the issue. I have provided the details of my laptop below:

Model: System Model HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-ef0005TU
Operating System: Windows 11 (last update)
