HP Jaguar

I have had problems with my touchpad for a while. It was just being glitchy and would work most of the time, but now it has stopped working completely. I cannot get it to do anything, and I have tried several things. I cannot even find a touchpad option in settings. I hate having to carry around a mouse all the time. Any help is appreciated.

@AnneVan
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
  • What is the operating system?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

I have the HP Jaguar. Not sure of the software. I’m not honestly sure about the updates, I have updated it, but I have not done anything to drivers that I am aware of. I had the issue once before and I was able to just turn the touchpad back on. Now I have cannot even find a setting for it.
