Thanks.

Product name: HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC

Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]

Product number: E3A58PA#ABG

I don't use this laptop very often so I don't remember if this happened after a window or software update. I only noticed two months ago.

I have tried uninstall/reinstall and now I can see pointer on my screen but still touchpad e.g. left click or right click doesn't work.

Everyone posting update bios.  DONE. Checked for updates, but it was a bluetooth update.  Nothing on the touchpad.  Not showing up in the device manager.
