Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop recently upgraded to Windows 11 after I'd repeatedly delayed the installation because everything worked well in Windows 10. Now I'm having problems with the screen flickering rapidly or going black when I use the TouchPad. It doesn't do it if I only use the touchscreen, but that's not what I want to do. I need to be able to use the TouchPad (right click, etc.). I've done the recommended searches for updates and I get the message that drivers are the most current version. However, I've now learned that HP doesn't have drivers for Windows 11. How do I fix this? Do I need to try to go back to Windows 10?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the Elan touchpad driver for W11 from the next generation 15-dy2000 model series.

If that doesn't work, I recommend you go back to W10.

It's pretty easy to do if you haven't gone past 10 days since you updated to W11.
