HP envy x360 Convertible 15m-bp0xx with
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

My computer has not been working properly in so many aspects recently.

First, my computer touchpad stopped working suddenly. After about a month, it came back to life by itself. This has happened various times since then.

Also, my keyboard light sometimes turns on and off alone and I cannot control it. This, not only affects the keyboard lighting but also affects the commands of my keyboard.

Today,  my computer TOUCHscreen auto-disabled the touchscreen tool. So now it's not working.

One day, trying to open up my computer to put it in tablet mode. One of the hinges that maintain the screen and its cover together just broke. Now I have to open my computer carefully to not damage it more.

These four facts, make me wonder about the quality of the HP products which have decreased SO MUCH... considering this computer cost me about $1000.

I would like to know if there is any possible fix for all these issues, or at least for the software related ones. This laptop has been a total pain, and so far waste of money, considering I probably will have to buy another one (not HP of course).

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
