Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just got this HP Stream laptop and when I started using it, the mouse cursor did not want to cooperate with the touchpad. So, I did some research I from what I gathered most of it was useless (after trying it at least a thousand times), I factory reset it, I used UEFI to try to diagnose the problem and it failed got this code Qo3V6C-9SVB4J-MFPXGK-G23MO3, I also updated it multiple times still the mouse cursor will not appear for me. So, I have ended up having to control everything with the keyboard instead. Anyways, any help would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!
