So I purchased this PC brand new and have kept it in tip top shape. My touchscreen driver disappeared 2 years ago after an update and never came back and have never been able to access it. My camera driver has also disappeared and I cannot access the replacement driver download from your website because it is not offered in your software/driver download section for my device, even when auto detected by your website. I even purchased extended coverage for tech support, talked to them several times, and they could not fix anything. So, I therefore have concluded that your company is literally disabling the functions of the device that I bought from you legally....How are you legally allowed to just "remove" drivers that pertain to select hardware components in the PC that I paid my hard earned money for. I sure hope someone at HP can answer this question, because I guarantee that I am not the only customer who feels this way right now. And right when Dell has bought VMWare and has started DELL EMC....Come on HP!!!! Don't piss on your hard working customers who purchase your equipment because you want to up your ante with Dell and start focusing more on the corporate sector. Guess what? They already have the Fed account, can I please have back my Touchscreen Driver and Camera Driver that I paid for originally a few years ago? Wouldn't what your doing be sorta like robbery? Digitally? I would greatly appreciate a response or at least a download link to my specific devices drivers that have been removed during HP updates. These updates have been performed through HP Support Assistant.
