Touch screen driver somehow deleted from computer. How do I re-install?

I went to that site but I don't know which link is going to reinstall the driver. Any additional help you can provide would be awesome. I waited on hold to talk to someone from HP for 90 minutes then got a message that they were closed..frustrating. TIA!

Expand all of the Driver tabs and find the one that you are missing. Else, do a backup and refresh your PC. Only back up your apps that you want to keep, because refresh reinstalls windows without touching you files.
