HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0053tx
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi HP Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my HP laptop, where the touchscreen feature has stopped working. I have attempted to resolve the issue by updating and uninstalling the touchscreen driver, but the problem persists.

Laptop Model: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0053tx

Serial Number: SN# [personal info removed]
Operating System: Windows 11 Home Single Language, 23H2, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Steps Taken:

  • Updated touchscreen driver
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled touchscreen driver

Despite these steps, the touchscreen is still not functioning. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you for your support.
