Hi. Thanks for the link to the laptop recovery. Unfortunately, I do not live in the United States, I must contact an authorized HP service center in Ukraine, Europe. It was worth being able to download the laptop recovery disc from the link. It's easier that way. This was decided by Microsoft with Windows. Everything is easy and simple to create a USB boot. HP notebook owners will now have to pay for USB notebook recovery and delivery. Good support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
