Hello all, my Envy had a hinge issue in June which caused the screen to pop off( it wasnt cracked) so I got it replaced under warranty. At the same time I had to get my pen replaced as it wasn't working while the touchscreen was alright.
Post replacement of screen, the touchscreen sometimes didnt work properly, couldnt understand what was happening, even with the pen i couldnt write in the One Note app. All i could see was dots or lines, when writing anything. Yesterday I used the pen on my friends HP spectre and it was working as it should.
What should i do now?

Hello @User20220815
My options are exhausted. I recommend the following:
HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support for service repair
HP warranty expired:
You should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
Good luck
