Touchscreen is malfunctioning when i play sims 4

My laptop touchscreen has started to malfunction. Specifically when I'm playing my Sims 4 game .  The screen looks like the LEDs are going out . When I touch the screen it starting this weird stuff and the screen goes crazy . Also for some reason when i press the windows key on the keyboard it does the same thing. I have videos .
