My Spectre notebook is not responding to touchscreen input, either from the included pen or a finger or otherwise. When I open HP pen control, I get an error message telling me that pen control is not compatible with my computer. This is clearly incorrect, seeing as the pen was included with the notebook and I have used it before successfully with this same computer. The recommended instructions on the HP website have been thoroughly unhelpful, so maybe one of you guys will know what to do.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchscreen is not working.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
