Good day!
I have concern regard with the HP touchsmart 600 1000 touch sceen. The touch screen isn't working already, I wanted to replace the LCD screen of it. The question is, is it still possible to find some parts of this product? Is was release last 2010, so it is kinda old already. But I am hoping I can find one. My customers unit badly need it.
Yours truly,
Tisha

Hello, @INFINITUSGENSAN – Hope you are well 🙂
Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
I understand that you are having issues with the HP Touchsmart touchscreen. I will certainly do my best to help you fix the issue 🙂
I would first recommend you to calibrate the touchscreen. You can find the necessary steps here: http://hp.care/2mI1y1o
Also, if the touchscreen is not working at all, you can try the steps mentioned here: http://hp.care/2d1l89B
You can contact the HP phone support if you wish to replace the screen. If the PC is out of warranty, you may need to pay for the repair.
You can visit http://www.support.hp.com/contact-hp and fill in your product details to get the tech support number.
(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
Good luck 🙂
